Staying in Miami Beach, South Beach or Brickell? Request private hotel pickup when arranging your Everglades airboat tour. We also accept pickup inquiries for Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and cruise ports. Confirm your exact address, pickup availability and return arrangements with our team.

Pricing and requirements
Private transportation is $400 for up to 13 guests, with a minimum of 4 people and an airboat tour lasting at least 1.5 hours.
Transportation is charged separately from the tour.
Private van vs the shared bus
Shared bus tours combine separate groups. With us, the van and the boat are reserved for your group.
- 4 guests, 1.5-hour tour: $275 + (2 × $60) + $400 van = $795 total, about $199 per person
- 8 guests, 1.5-hour tour: $275 + (6 × $60) + $200 second boat + $400 van = $1,235 total, about $154 per person
How transportation pricing works
- $400 per van for private round-trip transportation; each van holds up to 13 people.
- 4–13 guests: one van ($400). 14–26 guests: two vans ($800). 27–39 guests: three vans ($1,200).
- Transportation requires at least 4 guests and a tour of 1.5 hours or longer.
- Transportation is priced separately from the tour. Prices for two guests: 1 hour $200, 1.5 hours $275, 2 hours $375, 3 hours $575. Each additional paying guest is $60.
Where we pick up

Luggage and child seats
If you're bringing luggage, it must fit in the back of the van or between guests when the van is full. We don't provide child seats, so please bring any your children need and tell us when you arrange pickup.
What your day looks like
We usually pick you up about an hour before your tour starts, depending on how far your hotel is, and we confirm the time when you book. We drive you to our dock at 5334 FL-90, you head out on your private airboat, and afterward we take you back. We’re open 24 hours; confirm your tour time when you book.
Payment and cancellation
Full payment is required to book. Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund.

Is the $400 per person or per group?
It's $400 per van, not per person. Each van holds up to 13 people, and larger groups need an additional van for $400 each.
Where do you pick up?

How early will you pick us up?
Usually about an hour before your tour starts. The exact time depends on how far your pickup location is, and we confirm it when you book.

Can we bring luggage?
Yes, as long as it fits in the back of the van or between guests when the van is full.

Yes, as an add-on. Airboat Adventures Everglades offers private round-trip van transportation from Miami-area hotels for $400 per van (up to 13 guests), added to any private airboat tour of 1.5 hours or longer for groups of 4 or more. The van and the airboat are reserved for your group only, and your boat is run by a USCG-licensed captain.

We pick up across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the Keys. Every address is confirmed when you book. Common pickup areas include:
- Miami Beach and South Beach hotels and vacation rentals
- Downtown Miami and Brickell hotels and condos
- Fort Lauderdale hotels and rentals
- The Florida Keys, with an earlier pickup because of the longer drive
- PortMiami cruise terminals, for pre- or post-cruise tours
After the tour, we can take you back to your hotel or drop you off at Miami International (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL) airport.
Sample hotel pickup timeline
Here's how a typical morning could look for a group of 4–13 staying in Brickell on a 1.5-hour tour. All times are examples; your exact pickup time is confirmed when you book.
- About 9:00 a.m.: Your private van picks you up at the hotel entrance.
- About 10:00 a.m.: You arrive at our dock at 5334 FL-90 and board your private airboat.
- About 11:30 a.m.: The tour ends and you get back in the same van.
- Afterward: We drive you back to your hotel or on to MIA or FLL.
Pickup is usually about an hour before the tour starts. Farther locations, like Fort Lauderdale or the Keys, need an earlier pickup.
Tour times with pickup
We're open 24 hours, so sunrise, sunset and night tours with hotel pickup are possible. Tours outside 8 a.m.–4 p.m. must be confirmed in advance. Ask for your preferred time when you request your tour and pickup or call (305) 766-1929.

Yes. We pick up at hotels and rentals in Miami Beach, South Beach, Downtown Miami and Brickell. Private round-trip transportation is $400 per van for up to 13 guests, and we confirm your exact address and time when you book.
Can you pick us up in the Florida Keys?
Yes. Our transportation covers the Keys as well as Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Pickup is earlier because of the longer drive, and we confirm the time when you book.
Can you drop us off at the airport after the tour?
Yes. Instead of returning you to your hotel, we can drop you off at Miami International (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL) after your tour. Tell us your flight details when you book so we can plan your day.
How much is a 1.5-hour Everglades tour with hotel pickup for 4 people?
